“The Hutchison Effect, The Mahabharata, and Acoustic Levitation: …in 1978 Hutchison began tinkering with electronics in his apartment. The predecessors of the flying vimanas of the Sanskrit epics are the flying chariots employed by various gods in the Vedas: the Sun (see Sun chariot) and Indra and several other Vedic deities are transported by flying wheeled chariots pulled by animals, usually horses.
The existing Rigveda versions do not mention Vimanas, but verses RV 1.164.47-48 have been taken as evidence for the idea of "mechanical birds":[by whom?]

So starting small, let’s look at physics through the torus lens.
PHYSICS - the science that deals with matter, energy, motion, and force. (Dictionary.com)
What I have found to be a useful model, is that “Matter is a function of motion in a field of energy.” The primary pattern of motion is the torus vortex and what part of it we are looking at determines what so-called “force” is identified - like the proverbial elephant being touched in different places by the blind men, where the tail, the ear and the leg all feel different, but if you could stand back you would see they are all parts of an elephant.
If we stand back from the distinctions we call electricity, magnetism, gravity and the strong and weak nuclear forces, I suggest we simply see different parts of the torus. I believe what we call electricity is the rotation around the center, magnetism (at a right angle to the flow of electricity) is the push into one end of the torus and the pull out the other, and gravity is the sum total of those pulls. Nassim Haramein has created a paradigm-altering scientific paper showing that the weak and strong forces, which were postulated to explain what keeps positively charged protons in the nucleus from flying off, are not needed if we realize there is a black hole at the center of each atom.
Haramein was ridiculed by traditional physicists when he suggested as early as 1991 that every galaxy was centered by a black hole. Now measurements have been done on the 40 closest galaxies and all are apparently centered by black holes. Haramein calls them black (W)holes and says every torus system from atoms to galactic clusters rotates around one – just of different sizes. Nassim had not had the mathematical background to do the calculations testing this hypothesis, so I introduced him to black hole and particle physicist, Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher. She worked with him for several years and they authored a series of papers that lay out a very compelling case for the torus as the shape of the fundamental patterning at all scales. The most advanced and accurate “model” I’ve come across for the process of evolution of consciousness is provided by philosopher, mathematician, and inventor of the Bell Helicopter, Arthur M. Young.
His research revealed a repetitive octave of unfoldment at every level of known existence.
His “Theory of Process” recognized 7 fundamental postulates that guide the process:
1) The universe is a process put in motion by purpose.
2) The development of process occurs in stages, seven in all.
3) Each stage develops a new power, retaining powers learned from prior stages.
4) Powers evolve sequentially – in the natural world as kingdoms and substages.
5) Early stages take on constraints until the ”turn” – later stages regain freedom.
6) Levels of constraint are the same on both sides of the arc.
7) Stages of process alternate between innovation and recapitulation (as shown in the electron
shells of the substages of the atomic kingdom)
Young developed a 2-dimensional grid and arc to depict the pattern of evolution.

Young created the Bell helicopter with two counter-rotating props, like the flow of a torus. If the so-called “forces” are the different aspects of the toroidal dynamic, it seems that where consciousness fits in is especially at the still center, the singularity, the zero point of every toroidal system. The torus fits the criteria for being a “quantum.” As a vortex in a medium, it is distinct, yet unified with all others. It only exists as a wholeness, because, as a vortex, it does not sustain unless the torus is complete. It is becoming clear that the search for the fundamental patterning which holds true at all scales is successful whereas there is no basic building block, because every “thing” is made up of others within it, and there are no ultimately solid and indivisible “things.”

Science relies on research, and research relies on funding. Those who determine the funding get to determine what gets researched. So it is important to consider what paradigm and vested interests are driving the dominant scientific model. And since energy technology is dictated by the prevailing scientific paradigm, it is useful to unpack the dynamic among scientific research, energy technology and money.
The same banker, J.P. Morgan, who prohibited Nikola Tesla from making abundant energy available wirelessly, also suppressed key scientific truths about how energy works. Morgan owned most of the copper mines and was making a fortune off the wires which conducted power from one place to another. Wireless technology would have negative financial consequences for him, so in the early 20th century he used his financial influence to delete from textbooks the knowledge that can lead to creating such devices.

Claiming “national security” issues, the US Patent office has confiscated over 5000 technologies during application for patents as alternative energy devices. Then the government turns around and bankrupts our treasury invading another middle eastern country to take over their oil – creating devastation and dangerous blowback in the process. Plasma and the water industry

In 1919, British astronomer Arthur Eddington and his team watched light bending around the Sun during a total solar eclipse, confirming Einstein’s theory. Researchers have since seen light from distant galaxies bending around the gravity of intervening galaxies, but the new work is the first time anyone has observed a single object — the white dwarf — seemingly cause a background star to shift.

"A prescription for wormholes that transmit light invisibly between remote regions has been devised by a team of researchers. These 'electromagnetic wormholes' are the light-based equivalent of space-time wormholes, the staples of science fiction that permit time travel and create short cuts across intergalactic space. They could one day be used in three-dimensional (3D) video-display units wired up with invisible light-carrying cables.
In the electromagnetic wormholes described by Allan Greenleaf of the University of Rochester in New York state and his colleagues, light would disappear in one place and reappear in another, conveyed along channels that cannot be seen from the outside1. They remain theoretical at this stage, but the technologies for making them already exist. They draw on the same ideas and methods as those used recently to make invisibility shields2. Greenleaf's team envisages a slew of possible applications for their wormholes, in areas ranging from information technology to biomedicine (see 'What to do with a wormhole').They would, for example, provide perfectly insulated 'optical cables' that totally shield the world outside from the electromagnetic field of the light within.

The wormholes would be made from 'metamaterials', structures engineered to interact with light in odd ways. The building blocks of metamaterials — the equivalent of atoms in normal materials — are little electrical circuits, typically made from loops and coils of wire on circuit boards. These interact with the electromagnetic field of a light beam to create unusual optical effects, such as a negative refractive index — the light is bent the 'wrong' way as it passes through.
Last year, Leonhardt and a team led by David Smith of Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, independently proposed that metamaterials might be used to make an invisibility shield that bends light smoothly around an object placed inside it3, 4. Smith's group subsequently made such a shield that works at microwave frequencies2.
The shielding in that case wasn't perfect, and worked only within a flat plane and for a very narrow frequency range. Moreover, making an invisibility shield for visible light is harder, because the components of the metamaterial have to be much smaller.
Greenleaf and his colleagues say that such a shield can be regarded as 'blowing up a point': expanding an infinitely small — and thus invisible — point in space while 'moulding' the way light interacts with it so as to sustain the invisibility. Their wormholes, in contrast, are like 'blowing up a line' — in essence, rather like making a tubular shield. They have worked out a prescription for the properties a metamaterial tube would need to have in order for light from outside to bend around it while light inside bounces along the channel as if along an optical fibre. In this way, light entering one end of the wormhole would be visible at the other end — albeit with some odd distortions. If the wormhole is very short, it acts rather like a fisheye lens, they say." ~

"Wormholes were first theorized in 1916, though that wasn't what they were called at the time. While reviewing another physicist's solution to the equations in Albert Einstein's theory of general relativity, Austrian physicist Ludwig Flamm realized another solution was possible. He described a "white hole," a theoretical time reversal of a black hole. Entrances to both black and white holes could be connected by a space-time conduit.
In 1935, Einstein and physicist Nathan Rosen used the theory of general relativity to elaborate on the idea, proposing the existence of "bridges" through space-time. These bridges connect two different points in space-time, theoretically creating a shortcut that could reduce travel time and distance. The shortcuts came to be called Einstein-Rosen bridges, or wormholes.
"The whole thing is very hypothetical at this point," said Stephen Hsu, a professor of theoretical physics at the University of Oregon, told our sister site, LiveScience. "No one thinks we're going to find a wormhole anytime soon."
Wormholes contain two mouths, with a throat connecting the two. The mouths would most likely be spheroidal. The throat might be a straight stretch, but it could also wind around, taking a longer path than a more conventional route might require.
Einstein's theory of general relativity mathematically predicts the existence of wormholes, but none have been discovered to date. A negative mass wormhole might be spotted by the way its gravity affects light that passes by.
Certain solutions of general relativity allow for the existence of wormholes where the mouth of each is a black hole. However, a naturally occurring black hole, formed by the collapse of a dying star, does not by itself create a wormhole.

If a wormhole contained sufficient exotic matter, whether naturally occurring or artificially added, it could theoretically be used as a method of sending information or travelers through space. Unfortunately, human journeys through the space tunnels may be challenging.
"The jury is not in, so we just don't know," physicist Kip Thorne, one of the world's leading authorities on relativity, black holes and wormholes, told Space.com. "But there are very strong indications that wormholes that a human could travel through are forbidden by the laws of physics. That's sad, that's unfortunate, but that's the direction in which things are pointing."
Wormholes may not only connect two separate regions within the universe, they could also connect two different universes. Similarly, some scientists have conjectured that if one mouth of a wormhole is moved in a specific manner, it could allow for time travel.
"You can go into the future or into the past using traversable wormholes," astrophysicist Eric Davis told LiveScience. But it won't be easy: "It would take a Herculean effort to turn a wormhole into a time machine. It's going to be tough enough to pull off a wormhole."

Quantum entanglement is a physical phenomenon that occurs when a pair or group of particles is generated, interact, or share spatial proximity in a way such that the quantum state of each particle of the pair or group cannot be described independently of the state of the others, including when the particles are separated by a large distance. The topic of quantum entanglement is at the heart of the disparity between classical and quantum physics: entanglement is a primary feature of quantum mechanics lacking in classical mechanics.
Measurements of physical properties such as position, momentum, spin, and polarization performed on entangled particles can, in some cases, be found to be perfectly correlated. For example, if a pair of entangled particles is generated such that their total spin is known to be zero, and one particle is found to have clockwise spin on a first axis, then the spin of the other particle, measured on the same axis, is found to be counterclockwise. However, this behavior gives rise to seemingly paradoxical effects: any measurement of a particle's properties results in an irreversible wave function collapse of that particle and changes the original quantum state. With entangled particles, such measurements affect the entangled system as a whole.

Einstein and others considered such behavior impossible, as it violated the local realism view of causality (Einstein referring to it as "spooky action at a distance")[4] and argued that the accepted formulation of quantum mechanics must therefore be incomplete.
Later, however, the counterintuitive predictions of quantum mechanics were verified[5][6][7] in tests where polarization or spin of entangled particles was measured at separate locations, statistically violating Bell's inequality. In earlier tests, it couldn't be ruled out that the result at one point could have been subtly transmitted to the remote point, affecting the outcome at the second location.[7] However, so-called "loophole-free" Bell tests have been performed where the locations were sufficiently separated that communications at the speed of light would have taken longer—in one case, 10,000 times longer—than the interval between the measurements.[6][5]
According to some interpretations of quantum mechanics, the effect of one measurement occurs instantly. Other interpretations which don't recognize wavefunction collapse dispute that there is any "effect" at all. However, all interpretations agree that entanglement produces correlation between the measurements and that the mutual information between the entangled particles can be exploited, but that any transmission of information at faster-than-light speeds is impossible.[8][9]
Quantum entanglement has been demonstrated experimentally with photons,[10][11] neutrinos,[12] electrons,[13][14] molecules as large as buckyballs,[15][16] and even small diamonds.[17][18] The utilization of entanglement in communication, computation and quantum radar is a very active area of research and development.

Quantum teleportation is a technique for transferring quantum information from a sender at one location to a receiver some distance away. While teleportation is commonly portrayed in science fiction as a means to transfer physical objects from one location to the next, quantum teleportation only transfers quantum information. Moreover, the sender may not know the location of the recipient, and does not know which particular quantum state will be transferred.
One of the first scientific articles to investigate quantum teleportation is "Teleporting an Unknown Quantum State via Dual Classical and Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen Channels"[1] published by C. H. Bennett, G. Brassard, C. Crépeau, R. Jozsa, A. Peres, and W. K. Wootters in 1993, in which they used dual communication methods to send/receive quantum information. It was experimentally realized in 1997 by two research groups, led by Sandu Popescu and Anton Zeilinger, respectively.[2][3]
Experimental determinations[4][5] of quantum teleportation have been made in information content - including photons, atoms, electrons, and superconducting circuits - as well as distance with 1,400 km (870 mi) being the longest distance of successful teleportation by the group of Jian-Wei Pan using the Micius satellite for space-based quantum teleportation.
Challenges faced in quantum teleportation include the no-cloning theorem which sets the limitation that creating an exact copy of a quantum state is impossible, the no-deleting theorem that states that quantum information cannot be destroyed, the size of the information teleported, the amount of quantum information the sender or receiver has before teleportation, and noise that the teleportation system has within its circuitry.
The Higgs boson is an elementary particle in the Standard Model of particle physics produced by the quantum excitation of the Higgs field,[8][9] one of the fields in particledfd physics theory.[9] It is named after physicist Peter Higgs who in 1964 along with five other scientists proposed the Higgs mechanism to explain why some particles have mass. (Particles acquire mass in several ways, but a full explanation for all particles had been extremely difficult). This mechanism required that a spinless particle known as a boson should exist with properties as described by the Higgs Mechanism theory. This particle was called the Higgs boson. A subatomic particle with the expected properties was discovered in 2012 by the ATLAS and CMS experiments at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN near Geneva, Switzerland. The new particle was subsequently confirmed to match the expected properties of a Higgs boson.
On 10 December 2013, two of the physicists, Peter Higgs and François Englert, were awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics for their theoretical predictions. Although Higgs's name has come to be associated with this theory (the Higgs mechanism), several researchers between about 1960 and 1972 independently developed different parts of it.
In the mainstream media, the Higgs boson has often been called the "God particle" from the 1993 book The God Particle by Leon Lederman,[10] although the nickname is strongly disliked and regarded as sensationalism by many physicists, including Higgs himself.[11][12]

In physics, a state of matter is one of the distinct forms in which matter can exist. Four states of matter are observable in everyday life: solid, liquid, gas, and plasma. Many intermediate states are known to exist, such as liquid crystal, and some states only exist under extreme conditions, such as Bose–Einstein condensates, neutron-degenerate matter, and quark–gluon plasma, which only occur, respectively, in situations of extreme cold, extreme density, and extremely high energy. Bose–Einstein condensate
In 1924, Albert Einstein and Satyendra Nath Bose predicted the "Bose–Einstein condensate" (BEC), sometimes referred to as the fifth state of matter. In a BEC, matter stops behaving as independent particles, and collapses into a single quantum state that can be described with a single, uniform wavefunction.
In the gas phase, the Bose–Einstein condensate remained an unverified theoretical prediction for many years. In 1995, the research groups of Eric Cornell and Carl Wieman, of JILA at the University of Colorado at Boulder, produced the first such condensate experimentally. A Bose–Einstein condensate is "colder" than a solid. It may occur when atoms have very similar (or the same) quantum levels, at temperatures very close to absolute zero, −273.15 °C (−459.67 °F).
Historically, the distinction is made based on qualitative differences in properties. Matter in the solid state maintains a fixed volume and shape, with component particles (atoms, molecules or ions) close together and fixed into place. Matter in the liquid state maintains a fixed volume, but has a variable shape that adapts to fit its container. Its particles are still close together but move freely. Matter in the gaseous state has both variable volume and shape, adapting both to fit its container. Its particles are neither close together nor fixed in place. Matter in the plasma state has variable volume and shape, and contains neutral atoms as well as a significant number of ions and electrons, both of which can move around freely.
Quark Matter
In regular cold matter, quarks, fundamental particles of nuclear matter, are confined by the strong force into hadrons that consist of 2–4 quarks, such as protons and neutrons. Quark matter or quantum chromodynamical (QCD) matter is a group of phases where the strong force is overcome and quarks are deconfined and free to move. Quark matter phases occur at extremely high densities or temperatures, and there are no known ways to produce them in equilibrium in the laboratory; in ordinary conditions, any quark matter formed immediately undergoes radioactive decay.
Strange matter is a type of quark matter that is suspected to exist inside some neutron stars close to the Tolman–Oppenheimer–Volkoff limit (approximately 2–3 solar masses), although there is no direct evidence of its existence. In strange matter, part of the energy available manifests as strange quarks, a heavier analogue of the common down quark. It may be stable at lower energy states once formed, although this is not known.
Quark–gluon plasma is a very high-temperature phase in which quarks become free and able to move independently, rather than being perpetually bound into particles, in a sea of gluons, subatomic particles that transmit the strong force that binds quarks together. This is analogous to the liberation of electrons from atoms in a plasma. This state is briefly attainable in extremely high-energy heavy ion collisions in particle accelerators, and allows scientists to observe the properties of individual quarks, and not just theorize. Quark–gluon plasma was discovered at CERN in 2000. Unlike plasma, which flows like a gas, interactions within QGP are strong and it flows like a liquid.
At high densities but relatively low temperatures, quarks are theorized to form a quark liquid whose nature is presently unknown. It forms a distinct color-flavor locked (CFL) phase at even higher densities. This phase is superconductive for color charge. These phases may occur in neutron stars but they are presently theoretical.
Matter exists in different status. We mainly recognize three states as solid, liquid and gases. Other than these main forms, there can be bit different states where matter doesn’t show all the characteristics of the main states. Plasma is one such state.
Gas
Gas is one of the states which matter exists. It has contradictory properties from solids and liquids. Gases do not have an order, and they occupy any given space. Individual gas particles are separated and have a great distance between them in a mixture of gas compared to a solution or a solid. Therefore, they don’t have strong intermolecular forces. Their behavior is greatly affected by variables such as temperature, pressure, etc. When a high pressure is applied, gases reduce the volume and when the pressure is released they expand and fill up the total space given. Atmosphere consists of various types and amount of gases. Some gases are diatomic (nitrogen, oxygen), and some are monoatomic (argon, helium). There are gases consisting of a single element (oxygen gas), and some have two more elements combined (carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide). Gases can be colorless or colorless. Normally a colored gas would appear colorless to our naked eye if they are distributed over a large volume. Some gases have a characteristic smell (hydrogen sulfide). Most of the time it is very difficult to recognize a gas if they don’t have a characteristic physical property. Scientists like Robert Boyle, Jacques Charles, John Dalton, Joseph Gay-Lussac and Amedeo Avogadro have studied about various physical properties of gases and their behaviors. We know of ideal gas and real gas laws that they have presented. Ideal gas is a theoretical concept which we use for our study purposes. For a gas to be ideal, they should have following characteristics. If one of these is missing, then the gas isn’t considered as an ideal gas.
• Inter molecular forces between gas molecules are negligible.
• The gas molecules are considered as point particles. Therefore, compared to the space where the gas molecules occupy, molecules’ volumes are insignificant.
An ideal gas is characterized by three variables, pressure, volume and temperature. Following equation defines ideal gases.

For a gas, when one or both the above two given assumptions are invalid, then that gas is known as real gas. We actually encounter real gases in the natural environment. A real gas varies from the ideal condition at very high pressures and low temperatures.
Plasma
This is a state of matter similar to gas, but has few differences. Similar to gas, plasma doesn’t have an exact shape or volume. It fills up the given space. The difference is that, though it is in the gas state, part of the particles is ionized in plasma. Therefore, plasma contains charged particles like positive and negative ions. This ionization can be carried out by various methods. One method is heating. Further, plasma can be generated by applying electromagnetic radiation like microwave or laser. These radiations cause bond dissociation, thus generate charged particles. Since there is a considerable amount of charged particles, plasma can conduct electricity. Because of the special characteristics stated above, plasma is considered to be a distinct state of matter separated from solid, liquid or gas.

Blood has two components - the clear liquid and the corpuscles/cells entrapped in it. The clear liquid was named "plasma" by the famous Czech medical scientist (physiologist), Johannes Purkinje (1787-1869).
In 1927, Irving Langmuir- the American chemist was exploring ionized gases (i.e. gases subjected to strong electric field to knock out the electrons from gaseous atom). He used the analogy of blood, with the ions being the corpuscles and the remaining gas being a clear liquid and named the ionized state of a gas as plasma. Plasma is a state of matter that is often thought of as a subset of gases, but the two states behave very differently. Like gases, plasmas have no fixed shape or volume, and are less dense than solids or liquids. But unlike ordinary gases, plasmas are made up of atoms in which some or all of the electrons have been stripped away and positively charged nuclei, called ions, roam freely. "A gas is made of neutral molecules and atoms," said Xuedong Hu, a professor of physics at the University at Buffalo. That is, the number of negatively charged electrons equals the number of positively charged protons. "Plasma is a charged gas, with strong Coulomb [or electrostatic] interactions," Hu told Live Science. Atoms or molecules can acquire a positive or negative electrical charge when they gain or lose electrons. This process is called ionization. Plasma makes up the sun and stars, and it is the most common state of matter in the universe as a whole. (Blood plasma, by the way, is something completely different. It is the liquid portion of blood. It is 92 percent water and constitutes 55 percent of blood volume, according to the American Red Cross.)
Charged particles
A typical gas, such as nitrogen or hydrogen sulfide, is made of molecules that have a net charge of zero, giving the gas volume as a whole a net charge of zero. Plasmas, being made of charged particles, may have a net charge of zero over their whole volume but not at the level of individual particles. That means the electrostatic forces between the particles in the plasma become significant, as well as the effect of magnetic fields. Being made of charged particles, plasmas can do things gases cannot, like conduct electricity. And since moving charges make magnetic fields, plasmas also can have them. In an ordinary gas, all the particles will behave roughly the same way. So if you have gas in a container and let it cool to room temperature, all the molecules inside will, on average, be moving at the same speed, and if you were to measure the speed of lots of individual particles you'd get a distribution curve with lots of them moving near the average and only a few either especially slowly or quickly. That's because in a gas the molecules, like billiard balls, hit each other and transfer energy between them.
That doesn't happen in a plasma, especially in an electric or magnetic field. A magnetic field can create a population of very fast particles, for example. Most plasmas aren't dense enough for particles to collide with one another very often, so the magnetic and electrostatic interactions become more important.
Speaking of electrostatic interactions, because particles in a plasma – the electrons and ions – can interact via electricity and magnetism, they can do so at far greater distances than an ordinary gas. That in turn means waves become more important when discussing what goes on in a plasma. One such wave is called an Alfvén wave, named for Swedish physicist and Nobel laureate Hannes Alfvén. An Alfvén wave happens when the magnetic field in a plasma is disturbed, creating a wave that travels along the field lines. There's no real analogue to this in ordinary gases. It's possible that Alfvén waves are the reason the temperature of the solar corona– also a plasma – is millions of degrees, while on the surface, it is only thousands. Another characteristic of plasmas is that they can be held in place by magnetic fields. Most fusion power research is focused on doing just that. To create the conditions for fusion, one needs very hot plasma — at millions of degrees. Since no material can contain it, scientists and engineers have turned to magnetic fields to do the job. Plasmas in action
One place you can see plasmas in action is in a fluorescent light bulb or neon sign. In those cases a gas (neon for signs) is subjected to a high voltage, and the electrons are either separated from the atoms of the gas or pushed into higher energy levels. The gas inside the bulb becomes a conductive plasma. The excited electrons that drop back into their previous energy levels emit photons – the light we see in a neon sign or fluorescent lamp.
Plasma TVs work in the same way. A gas — usually argon, neon or xenon — is injected into a sealed gap between two glass panels. An electrical current is passed through the gas, which causes it to glow. The plasma excites red, green and blue phosphors, which combine to give off specific colors, according to eBay.

Another use for plasma is in plasma globes, which are full of noble gas mixes that produce the colors of the "lightning" inside them when an electric current ionizes the gas.
Another example of plasma is in the auroras that surround the poles when the sun is particularly active. The solar wind is a stream of charged particles (mostly protons), which hit Earth's magnetic field. Those particles, being charged, follow magnetic field lines and move toward the poles, where they collide with and excite atoms in the air, mostly oxygen and nitrogen. Like a neon sign, the excited oxygen and nitrogen atoms give off light.

Why does a magnetic mirror acting on ballistic electrons not violate the 2nd law of thermodynamics?
Magnetic mirrors are well known in plasma physics. In order to work, the mean free path of the charge carriers has to be at least as long as the helical paths under the influence of the B field. Therefore, magnetic mirrors exert no mirror effect on the conduction electrons in metals under usual conditions. However, ultra-pure metals at low temperature provide a mean free path of several millimeters. If the mean free path becomes longer than the dimensions of the specimen, the conduction is called ballistic.
If a magnetic mirror had the same effect on a "ballistic electron gas" as on a plasma, different electron densities in front and at the back of the mirror would result, and hence a voltage across the mirror would appear. This voltage would be built up by using the thermal energy of the electrons. Obviously, a voltage source based on thermal energy (in the absense of a temperature gradient) violates the 2nd law of thermodynamics.
I have to admit that I do not deal with details of solid state physics on a daily basis, so this is some kind of doing "armchair physics". But I would very much like to recognize the flaw in my thinking, and I didn't find publications dealing explicitely with this topic. (Usually this means that the matter is so obvious that a publication wouldn't be worthwhile.) I wrote a short paper on this subject; the quantitative result is that one could expect an open circuit voltage of the order of 200 microvolts under feasible conditions:

PS The magnetic flux density is assumed to be limited to about 1 T (Fermi energy = 11.1 eV (iron), B = 0.5 T => path diameter = 45 micrometer), so the magnetic field can be provided by permanent magnets. Since ballistic transport is limited to low temperature, an alternative would be the use of superconducting coils.
In a laboratory setup, the entropy of the whole system would be increased by the means for cooling the device. Assuming for the moment that the effect under consideration occurs at all, a battery of such voltage sources would however, after initial cooling, keep itself cool, provided that both the thermal insulation and the electric load, located outside the insulation, were sufficient.

What is Ionization?
Ionization (or ionisation) is defined as the process by which an atom or molecule acquires a positive or negative charge by gaining or losing electrons, often in conjunction with other chemical changes. After ionization, the resulting electrically charged atom or molecule is known as an ion. When particular chemical substances are added to water – for example, sodium chloride (NaCl) – they get dissolved and their molecules get split into negative and positive ions. This process of splitting up molecules into positive and negative ions in solution is known as the ionization process.
What is the Ionization Process?
To understand the Ionization process, we will consider the structure of sodium chloride (NaCl). Sodium chloride is the common salt, we use in our day to day life. The atomic number of Na and Cl are 11 and 17 respectively. That means the sodium atom has 11 electrons and the chlorine atom has 17 electrons orbiting them. Ionisation progress of nacl The atomic structure or arrangement of these electrons is shown in the figure below. As you can see above, the Na atom (left side of the figure) has only one single electron in its outermost orbit. Whereas the chlorine contains seven electrons in its outermost orbit. To remain stable, atoms generally require eight electrons in their outermost orbit. So, both of the shown atoms are “unstable” (also known as “chemically active”). When these two atoms are brought together, the Na atom loses its outermost electrons and becomes positively charged (because now it has more protons than electrons). Conversely, the Cl atom gains one electron and becomes negatively charged (because now it has more electrons than protons). So both atoms obtain eight electrons in their outermost orbit by exchanging these electrons ionisation progress of sodium chloride. As the Na atom is positively charged and the Cl atom is negatively charged, an electrostatic force acts between them, due to which they will together and make one NaCl molecule. According to Coulomb’s law, the electrostatic force acting between two opposite charges is expressed as:
Where εr is the relative permittivity of the medium. Hence the electrostatic force between the two charges is inversely proportional to the relative permittivity of the medium in which the charges are placed. The ionization process can easily be explained by the relative permittivity of the medium. The relative permittivity of air is 1.00058986 ± 0.00000050 or 1 and the relative permittivity of water at 20oC is 80. So, in water, the electrostatic force acting between Na and Cl is 80 times smaller than that in the air. The electrostatic force between Na and Cl becomes so small, that it becomes difficult to hold the Na and Cl together in the water. That is why whenever NaCl (sodium chloride) is dissolved in water, its molecules split into the positive Na ion and negative Cl ion — even at or below room temperature.
